➢ The time period in order to achieve RTB (ready to build) status is usually much shorter than for the development of Wind and Solar Projects.
➢ The development process is simpler. for example, BESS occupies smaller land areas, even large-scale BESS projects require only around one to two Hectares.
➢ The development costs to achieve RTB status are relatively low in comparison to the sale values currently being achieved at that development stage.
➢ So far, there are relatively few players active in the German BESS market who have comparable skills and experience to BESS Germany.
